Role: Tech Lead/Senior Web Developer– WordPress & Laravel

Location: West Yorkshire, 4 days on-site

Are you a passionate Laravel/WordPress developer ready to take the step into leadership and delivery? Our client, a leading digital agency with consistent growth and a strong focus on client relationships, is seeking a Tech Lead to join their dynamic team.

They are a young team who look to foster good talent, the idea is this person becomes the CTO within 2 years.

Role Overview:

• 50% hands-on coding (Laravel, WordPress, PHP) to stay close to your passion.
• 50% leading projects, solving blockers, and working directly with clients and account managers.
• Mentoring and guiding a team of 6 developers, driving high-quality deliverables.
• Spearheading innovation and continuous improvement within the development process.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience with Laravel, WordPress, and Magento 2.
• Strong communication skills, essential for client interactions and team leadership.
• Experience leading teams and project delivery, in an official or unofficial capacity

They have various benefits including the option to have a 9-day fortnight (with the time made up over the 9 working days). You will likely need to drive to get to their office location.
