Head of Marketing

Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Salary: Starting at €100,000+ (negotiable for the right candidate)

What You'll Do:

As the Head of Marketing, you'll take full ownership of the marketing strategy, driving growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement in this fast-paced and competitive industry. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll lead campaigns that deliver measurable results while championing innovation and customer-centricity.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven Leadership Experience

• A track record of success in senior marketing roles (e.g., Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Senior Marketing Manager).
• Experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams.

2. Sales-Oriented Mindset

• A strong understanding of key performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and units sold.
• Proven ability to align marketing strategies with sales goals to drive revenue growth.

3. Expertise in Demand Generation

• Deep knowledge of creating and executing demand generation strategies that attract and convert high-quality leads.

4. Industry Knowledge or Passion

• Experience or a genuine interest in gaming, PC hardware, or electronic products is highly desirable but not essential.

5. Strong Network

• A well-established network in the industry, including PR professionals, vendors, influencers, and channel partners, to amplify campaigns and enhance partnerships.

6. Analytical and Problem-Solving Mindset

• A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to identify and solve complex challenges effectively.

7. Language Skills

• Fluency in English is essential. German language skills are a bonus but not required.
