Salesforce OMS Solution Architect (m/f/d)

They are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) Solution Architect to lead their global Salesforce initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive experience working as an architect on the Salesforce core platform and is now ready to take on a global leadership role, focusing on Salesforce OMS.

Your role

As the Salesforce OMS Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Salesforce Order Management solutions across multiple regions. You will collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce OMS meets global business requirements. Leveraging your deep experience with the Salesforce core platform, you will provide strategic leadership in building scalable and efficient architecture for the order management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Salesforce OMS Strategy: Define and lead the global Salesforce OMS architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs across regions.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Architect robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce OMS solutions, leveraging your deep knowledge of the Salesforce core platform and its ecosystem.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with key business stakeholders, technical teams, and global partners to gather business requirements and translate them into architectural designs and solutions.
• Integration & Customization: Lead the integration of Salesforce OMS with third-party applications and other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), ensuring seamless data flow and process optimization.
• Salesforce Best Practices: Establish and promote Salesforce best practices for solution architecture, security, and integration, and ensure adherence to platform governance across all regions.

• Order Management Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce OMS, including order lifecycle, fulfillment, inventory management, payments, and returns.
• Technical Leadership: Lead architectural discussions, guide technical teams, and review solution designs to ensure quality and adherence to established architecture principles.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure that Salesforce OMS solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability across multiple geographies.
• Documentation & Compliance: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant security and privacy regulations on a global scale.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce OMS architecture-related topics and provide strategic advice to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Solution Architect on the Salesforce core platform.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce OMS, including end-to-end solution design and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Experience working in a global environment, managing large-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple regions.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of order management, fulfilment, inventory, and payment processing within Salesforce OMS.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive and lead large cross-functional teams and initiatives.
