Oakwell Hampton are excited to be partnered with a long standing client of ours who are a recognised name in the gaming world. This company have been profitable for number of years and are a market leader. Their e-commerce platform plays a critical role in providing gamers with exclusive merchandise and more.

We are seeking a skilled eCommerce Manager to manage our online brands/shops and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify, UI/UX, retail, eCommerce, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of own brand online shops.
• Implement strategies to increase conversion rates and revenue.
• Optimize the user experience (UI/UX) across digital platforms.
• Manage SEO efforts to drive organic traffic.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for brand alignment.
• Analyze sales data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Shopify (preferred) OR similar eCommerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, UI/UX principles, and retail trends.
• Ability to lead revenue-driving initiatives.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Please note: Candidates must be based in Germany (Berlin 3 days a week onsite) and have the right to work in Germany.
