Senior/Lead Software Developer

As a Senior/Lead Software Developer, you’ll play a key role in developing and enhancing business-critical software within the payroll domain. You’ll work on innovative projects such as eSigning solutions, AI-driven tools, time tracking, and international payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize end-to-end personnel administration workflows.
• Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Design and implement new HR software features and extend existing applications.
• Act as the technical point of contact for the team.
• Provide support and solutions in response to HR department needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET (Core), C#, Entity Framework, Angular, ASP.NET Web API, RESTful services, SQL, and stored procedures.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong command of English and Dutch (French is a plus).
