Senior Frontend Developer

We’re seeking a highly skilled and driven S-tier Founding Member of Technical Staff to join a new and ambitious open-source startup at the forefront of optimizing LLM (Large Language Model) applications. This is a rare opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project that will shape the future of LLM technology, with a focus on designing and building intuitive user interfaces.

About the Role:

As a key early member of the team, you'll have the chance to lead and make significant contributions to the development of open-source tools that enable LLM optimization. Your first major project will be building an observability dashboard to visualize and improve model performance. You’ll collaborate with a team of experts and contribute to all areas of the tech stack, but most importantly, you’ll help create exceptional experiences for developers and end users alike.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop intuitive, delightful user interfaces for LLM optimization and management tools.
• Drive the development of an observability dashboard and other key projects.
• Make meaningful contributions to the open-source community while collaborating with a small, elite team.
• Take ownership of large projects, working from concept to deployment, and continuously optimize the user experience.
