We
are
looking
for
an
experienced
and
proactive
Cyber
Security
focused
person
to
join
our
team
and
play
a
critical
role
in
securing
our
infrastructure,
working
under
our
Head
of
IT
Security
&
Infrastructure.


The
ideal
candidate
will
be
responsible
for
monitoring,
maintaining,
and
securing
a
variety
of
systems,
including
network
infrastructure
(switches,
routers),
servers
(Windows
and
Lynx),
VMs,
PCs,
laptops,
Macs,
and
third-party
hosted
cloud
environments.


You
will
also
support
the
organisation
in
meeting
compliance
requirements
such
as
ISO27001
and
Cyber
Essentials
while
ensuring
that
all
infrastructure
is
securely
configured
and
monitored.


This
is
a
hybrid
role
with
60%
of
your
time
spent
in
the
office
and
the
remaining
time
working
remotely.


As
a
key
member
of
the
Information
Security
team,
you
will
assist
with
answering
client
information
security
diligence
questionnaires,
implementing
security
controls,
and
leading
efforts
in
maintaining
security
certifications.


Key
Skills
&
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cyber security, with expertise in infrastructure management, patch management, and endpoint protection.
  • Extensive experience with Windows Server and Lynx Server administration.
  • Extensive with Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools such as PulsewayManageEngine, and experience managing patch management processes.
  • Strong understanding of firewall configuration, server hardening, and the application of CIS benchmarks.
  • In-depth knowledge of security compliance standards such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, and the ability to answer client security diligence questionnaires.
  • Experience with Office 365 security, including configuration and compliance management.
  • Experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a hybrid work environment.
