Full Stack Engineer

My client are an exciting Start Up who are looking for a talented full-stack engineer to join their team as one of their first engineering hires. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping their engineering direction and working on groundbreaking AI projects!

What You’ll Do:

• Shape Engineering Strategy: Take a pivotal role in defining and managing engineering workloads and strategies.
• Work on Cutting-Edge Projects: Contribute to projects such as:
• Developing an LLM-driven self-auditing system to enhance review processes.
• Creating an AI-native Excel tool for efficient data extraction.
• Building a dynamic research summarization engine for up-to-date insights.
• Fine-tuning LLMs to drive task-specific improvements.
• Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with external partners and influence product decisions and priorities.

Tech Stack:

• Core Technologies: Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL
• Bonus Points: Experience with AI-powered products and tools

About You:

• Location: Based in NYC, with a strong preference for in-person work.
• Experienced & Independent: Proven ability to lead projects from concept to execution.
• Communicative & Opinionated: Ready to contribute ideas and engage with clients.
• Proficient: Solid skills in Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
