Our client, an innovative startup pioneering AI solutions in entertainment, conversational care, and commerce, is seeking a proactive Onboarding & Customer Relations Specialist to enhance their customer experience.
In this role, the successful candidate will ensure customers experience a smooth onboarding process and continue to receive exceptional support throughout their journey with the platform.
Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Onboarding: Assisting new customers with platform setup and ensuring a seamless introduction.
✅ Relationship Management: Serving as a reliable, friendly point of contact, regularly checking in and proactively addressing customer needs.
✅ Product Demonstrations: Delivering engaging demonstrations of the platform’s dashboard and highlighting key features tailored to customer needs.
✅ User Engagement: Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience, helping users maximize their platform usage.
✅ Feedback Gathering: Collecting user feedback and liaising closely with the product team to drive platform improvements.
✅ Process Improvement: Proactively identifying and suggesting enhancements for internal workflows and customer-facing processes.
✅ Basic Technical Support: Offering guidance on basic integrations and API-related queries—coding skills not required, but a general technical comfort level is beneficial.
Candidate Requirements:
✔️ Around 1 year’s experience in customer onboarding, account management, or related customer-facing roles.
✔️ A genuine enthusiasm for AI technology and Large Language Models (LLMs).
✔️ Confidence in delivering clear, engaging demonstrations, particularly of digital dashboards.
✔️ Fluency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
✔️ A proactive, positive attitude, always seeking opportunities to assist both customers and colleagues.
