We’re scaling fast and looking for a Python (or Full Stack) Developer to help evolve our backend platform. You’ll be joining a tight-knit, product-led engineering squad working in fast sprints and building genuinely meaningful software that gets used every day.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Writing clean, scalable backend code in Python
• Building and maintaining RESTful APIs using Django
• Designing efficient, secure integrations with AWS services (e.g. S3, Lambda, EC2)
• Improving architecture as they scale from startup to global SaaS player
• Collaborating across product, dev, and QA to iterate and ship fast

💡 What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years Python development experience
• Solid hands-on Django skills (ORMs, migrations, auth, views)
• Cloud confidence – AWS preferred (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS etc.)
• Comfortable with CI/CD, Git, Agile environments
• Bonus if you’ve worked with speech/audio data or any AI-driven product
