I'm seeking a Business Analyst with 12-18 months of experience for a fast-growing business in Greater Manchester. The company is a leader in providing integrated software solutions to the energy industry, focusing on simplifying complex processes and optimizing efficiency for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and process improvements.

Requirements:

• 12-18 months of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly.
• Experience with data analysis tools and working in a dynamic environment.
