B2B Marketing Lead (Freelance)

About the Role:


We’re looking for a dynamic B2B Growth Marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to execute with speed and precision. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s equal parts strategist, creative, and operator — and who’s done it before in a start-up or scale-up setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Improve digital assets and workflows using Webflow, Figma, and Hubspot
  • Translate marketing ideas into reality within days, not weeks
  • Lead the planning and execution of webinars and in-person events that deliver tangible value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth across the full customer journey
  • Test and adopt new tools to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
  • Strong hands-on skills in LinkedIn and Google Ads campaign management
  • Proficiency with Webflow, Figma, and Hubspot
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and takes initiative
  • Team player with a growth mindset
