Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Our client, an ambitious AI startup based in Brussels, is seeking a talented AI Engineer to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge large language model (LLM) systems and play a key role in developing production-ready AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy production-ready LLM agents with multi-step reasoning and tool integration
• Design and implement agentic workflows using Pydantic AI
• Integrate LLMs (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI) into customer-facing features
• Develop AI-powered automations for Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Chrome
• Take ownership of projects from design to deployment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1–4 years of software engineering experience, preferably with an AI/ML focus
• Strong Python and FastAPI skills
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI) and their APIs
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration, and prompt engineering
• Highly motivated by the startup environment and eager to contribute to growth
• Quick learner, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving, innovative team
