Web Project Manager

This role offers the opportunity to be a key player within a dynamic agency, managing relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors. The individual will take ownership of client relationships, guiding them through website projects from inception to delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients for day-to-day communication.
  • Identify and understand client objectives, challenges, and needs to proactively offer effective solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to define project scope, creating detailed statements of work, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial concept and planning through to the successful implementation of website projects.
  • Apply digital expertise to provide guidance on performance, SEO, web technologies, and other relevant project areas.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budgetary limits.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Contribute as a collaborative team member in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leverage approximately 2 years of experience in project or account management within a digital agency setting.
  • Possess a proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities, solving problems, and thinking creatively.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and drive towards personal goals.
  • Quickly assess and prioritize the most impactful tasks and projects.
  • Show initiative in innovating and challenging existing processes.
  • Exhibit strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Display sound commercial awareness.
  • Demonstrate good team leadership abilities.
  • Continuously update and expand knowledge of products and the market.
  • Provide a high standard of client care, including managing day-to-day relationships, addressing service queries, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and communicate with external parties as needed.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service and support consistently.
  • Take a proactive approach to leading and nurturing client relationships.
  • Present to clients and effectively lead calls and meetings.
  • Manage workflow efficiently.
  • Coordinate team meetings and handle necessary follow-up administration.
  • Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and ownership to contribute to the department's growth.

  • Experience in a similar role within the digital marketing or media agency sector.
  • A natural aptitude for building rapport with customers.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious.
  • Strong ability to manage time and workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Confident in thoroughly understanding the requirements of new and existing clients.
