About the Company

We are an early-stage startup redefining consumer lending by building an AI operating system for mortgage lenders.

The Role

As a founding technical member, you will build the technical foundation of our AI platform. You will be responsible for fine-tuning and deploying LLMs for real-time borrower interactions, building high-quality evaluation datasets, and ensuring all custom AI solutions strictly comply with regulatory standards like FDCPA and RESPA.

Requirements

You must bring 2+ years of experience building and deploying ML/AI systems in production environments. Strong proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) is required
