Software Engineer, Platform (Full-Stack)

Role Overview 

This is a revenue-unblocking role focused on the product foundation that delivers our simulation technology to customers. We need an engineer with a "cracked" AI tooling mindset (daily use of Claude/Cursor) to help us ship through the current demand backlog. You will design high-leverage systems that enable enterprise users to test global-scale decisions with confidence.

What You’ll Own

• The advancement of the platform powering core product capabilities.
• Building abstractions that simplify complex simulation capabilities for both agents and customers.
• Framework-level code designed to absorb product-wide complexity.
• The translation of research breakthroughs into customer-facing workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time professional experience with a track record in full-stack production environments.
• Experience in high-growth "hyper-scale" environments (e.g. early Notion, Airtable, or Datadog).
• Ability to thrive in an intense, high-stakes environment where the current team is the primary constraint on growth.
