Senior Scala Developer (Hybrid)

Oakwell Hampton are excited to be partnered with a Tech for good company based in Amsterdam who are seeking a Senior Scala Developer to join the team. The company are a scale up going through an exciting period of growth and value culture and personality, just as much as your technical skills.

Experience

• Commercial Scala experience is a must
• Full stack experience OR open to working across the full stack (React and TypeScript preferred)
• Experience in building backend microservices.
• Core Skills: Scala, Microservices, Kubernetes, Akka, Zio

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain microservices
• Mentor other engineers withing the team
• Work closely with product owners, designers and stakeholders
