Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer (Hybrid)

About the company 

Primarily involved in design and production of e-commerce websites and bespoke software design. Providing a range of services across several industry sectors for almost 3 decades with extensive knowledge in Microsoft products across software management and design. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and cases; collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and success criteria.
• Execute test cases across various platforms; document results, defects, and issues; conduct regression testing.
• Utilize automated testing tools (Selenium); develop and maintain automated scripts; identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Identify, track, and prioritize defects; troubleshoot and resolve issues with developers; recommend quality improvements.
• Mentor junior QA team members; foster a collaborative environment; demonstrate best practices in testing methodologies.

About You:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance/testing, with a focus on manual and automated testing.
• Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET and SQL Server.
• Experience integrating testing procedures into CI/CD pipelines, particularly in Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., BDD, Selenium, NUnit).
• Experience in API testing (Automation, Manual).
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
