The Role

While many companies are stuck in the "PoC graveyard," we focus on the last mile. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will bridge the gap between advanced research and industrial-grade software. You will design systems that don't just predict the future but power the daily operations of our clients through sophisticated forecasting and LLM-integrated applications.

Your Core Mission

• Production-Ready ML: Build and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines where "clean code" and "monitorability" are as important as "accuracy."
• Advanced Forecasting: Develop complex time-series models to optimize supply chains, demand planning, and financial trajectories for high-stakes business environments.
• Generative AI Implementation: Move beyond simple prompting. You will architect RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, fine-tune LLMs, and integrate GenAI into functional enterprise workflows.
• MLOps Excellence: Champion the use of tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or DVC to ensure that models remain robust and reproducible in production.
• Strategic Advisory: Guide clients through the hype of GenAI to find high-ROI use cases that actually solve structural business problems.

Your Technical Profile

• The Foundation: 5+ years of experience with Python and a deep mastery of the PyData stack.
• Forecasting Expertise: Proven track record with time-series analysis (e.g., Prophet, ARIMA, XGBoost/LightGBM for forecasting, or Deep Learning approaches like N-BEATS).
• GenAI & NLP: Hands-on experience with the LangChain/LlamaIndex ecosystem, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate), and OpenAI/HuggingFace APIs.
• Software Engineering: Strong proficiency in Docker, API development (FastAPI/Flask), and CI/CD pipelines. You believe that "it works on my machine" is never the end of the job.
• Languages: Professional fluency in German and English is required for this role.
