I’m currently partnering with a specialist IT consultancy focused on IBM Business Automation and Enterprise Content Management solutions. This consultancy helps organisations streamline complex processes, manage information more intelligently, and successfully deliver large-scale automation initiatives using IBM technologies.

With a strong focus on quality, technical excellence, and long-term client partnerships, the company combines deep expertise with a people-first culture. Consultants are trusted to take ownership, shape solutions, and continuously grow their skills in a fast-evolving automation landscape.

They are now looking for a Senior BAW Consultant to take responsibility for one or more client projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of architecture, solution design, consulting, and delivery, while also coaching colleagues and advising clients at senior level.

This isn’t just a build role. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients implement IBM BAW, develop applications, or manage migrations, translating business requirements into scalable, high-quality automation solutions. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams, taking ownership of delivery while maintaining a hands-on, pragmatic approach.

The successful BAW Consultant will need:

• A completed HBO or WO education.
• 5+ years of relevant experience as an IBM ECM (FileNet), IBM BPM, or IBM BAW Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience building and implementing BAW solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
