Product Manager (m/f/d)

Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office/ 2 days a week remote

Oakwell Hampton are excited to be partnered with a global Retail company who are seeking a Product Manager. They pride themselves on having a continuous improvement mindset, offering high-quality products that prioritize quality, perfect fit, and innovation.


Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product management or product development within the sports shoe and/or professional industry.
  • High standards for quality, fit, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Extensive knowledge of product information systems and related functions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English AND German


Your Tasks:

  • Support the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to market launch.
  • Define strategy in collaboration with development management.
  • Conduct continuous sales analysis and monitor market trends.
  • Create product briefings and collaborate with the design department.
  • Implement innovations and new product developments.
  • Participate in and present at internal collection meetings.
  • Develop presentation-ready materials and present collections at sales meetings.
  • Assist in catalog development and create marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Participate in tenders and manage special model applications.
  • Serve as a point of contact for distributors, customers, and partners.
  • Work closely with product development teams.
  • Attend key account presentations and important meetings.
  • Regularly visit trade fairs and engage with relevant authorities.
