£60,000-£80,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

Oakwell Hampton are seeking an experienced and driven .NET Team Lead to manage our client’s Development & Application Support team. You'll be leading a team of 5 (1 DBA and 4 Developers) to provide exceptional Bespoke Development, 3rd line support and tackle complex bug fixes. Your leadership, stakeholder management skills, and technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring our applications run smoothly and efficiently.

• Lead and Mentor: Guide and inspire a team of 5, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to your team, ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are implemented effectively.
• Problem-solving Powerhouse: Analyze and resolve complex application issues, escalating when necessary and driving solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them informed and managing expectations.
• Application Support: Oversee 3rd line application support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.
• Bug Fixing: Lead your team in identifying, analyzing, and resolving software bugs efficiently.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve application performance, stability, and maintainability.
