.NET Core / Azure Developer (Remote)

We have partnered with a remarkable environmental client who are in search of a highly skilled .Net Core / Azure Developer to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Our client is a committed to making a positive impact on the planet through innovation and technology. With a passion for sustainability, they are embarking on a groundbreaking project to develop a new system using the latest technologies, with a primary focus on C# .Net Core and native Azure Services.

This role is fully remote but you must be able to commute to Manchester 1-2 times per month.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a talented team to build and enhance a cutting-edge system using C# .Net Core.
• Utilize native Azure Services, including Service Bus, AppInsights, API Management, Active Directory, and Azure Functions.
• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and efficient solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years commercial experience in a similar role

• Proven experience as a .Net Core developer with a strong background in C#.
• Hands-on experience with Native Azure Services; working with any of the following is considered, you don’t need all of them; including Service Bus, AppInsights, API Management, Active Directory, and Azure Functions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based development principles and best practices.
• Passion for environmental sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact through technology.
