Lead Laravel Developer (Hybrid)

We are working with a founder of a start-up digital agency who are in the midst of developing a new arm of their business which is a PaaS, built in Laravel and React and they're looking to bring in a Lead Laravel Developer to help complete and continually support the platform as they roll it out to the public.

This role will see you working closely with the company's founder, helping drive the technical direction of the platform and grow out your own team of developers. They want someone who is not afraid to rock the boat and would prefer to stand up and challenge direction constructively if they think something could be done in a better or more efficient way.

If you've got the following, you'd be perfectly equipped...

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Great understanding and application of Laravel and its architecture
• Experience in making strategic decisions and with architectural design
• Experience reporting directly to senior leaders
• Experience mentoring and training junior devs
• Experience with back end development including rigorous architecture builds, API integrations and database integrations
