So, what would you be doing?
First and foremost, recruitment is all about people. It's about building relationships with companies that need to hire (our clients) and people who are looking for a job (our candidates). While plenty goes in between, that's the crux of it – and the most important part.
As an Information Technology Recruiter at Oakwell Hampton, you'd be responsible for building the connections between our Clients and Candidates. You'd be working with a senior mentor to show you the ropes initially, but once you get the hang of things, your day-to-day would see you:
