Who are we?

Oakwell Hampton is offering you a chance to specialise your career in recruitment. We are  a recruitment agency that won industry awards in our 2nd year of business, and our growth hasn't slowed down since. We've grown from three to nineteen people since 2016 and outgrown two offices. We operate in the UK, Germany, USA & The Netherlands. So far, we've been on three company holidays and numerous monthly lunch clubs. Oakwell Hampton is a place that trains, develops, engages and rewards you.

What will you get up to?

Joining a supportive team of specialist Technology & Digital Marketing recruiters, from day one, you’ll start to understand what it takes to be a ‘specialist’. Your own journey will start straight away, as you’ll be enrolled on our internal training program. Like university, it’s broken down into modules delivered in a ‘classroom’ setting, and then it’s your turn to put it into practice. You will be guided by a senior teammate, who will continue to provide ‘on the job’ coaching – the old school approach of ‘sink or swim’ is not part of our development. By month three, the 'Junior’ title will be a thing of the past – and you’ll have tailored targets to hit.
