Head of Software Development (Hybrid)

Want to work on a super cool product, built to deliver real-time information using machine learning (experience of ML not essential).

You'll be managing a small team of 5, but also doing some hands-on development work - perfect if you like keeping your coding skills sharp.

Laravel and Vue experience is essential, but apart from that they're not too fussed what you've worked with - they're happy for you to learn their modern tech stack on the job when needed.

You'll lead future technology selection, as well as help guide the product roadmap, as well as all the usual responsibilities you'd expect at this level.

West Sussex (hybrid - 2 days a week onsite)

£90k - with some flexibility

8% company pension contribution
