Are you an experienced procurement leader with a passion for IT hardware and gaming accessories? We are seeking a Head of Procurement to drive our global purchasing strategy, optimize supplier relationships, and ensure we secure the best products at competitive prices.

About the Role

As Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for leading and developing the procurement function, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics, sales, and executive teams to deliver a seamless supply chain and high-quality products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for IT hardware and accessories.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with national and international suppliers.
• Optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance through effective purchasing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new trends and sourcing opportunities.
• Oversee supply chain management, ensuring smooth coordination with logistics and sales.
• Lead and develop the procurement team, fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation.
• Manage procurement budgets and KPIs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to align procurement with overall business objectives.

Your Profile

• A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in strategic procurement, ideally in IT hardware or gaming.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills, strategic mindset, and market awareness.
• Excellent knowledge of contract law and international supply chain management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Fluent in German and English (business level).
