I'm working with one of Europe's most ambitious technology companies as they rebuild their entire platform from the ground up using AI. This isn't a business experimenting with AI. AI is becoming the operating system of the company.

From dynamic pricing and procurement automation to intelligent content generation and customer journey optimisation, every core system is being redesigned for an agentic future.

They're now looking for a Founding AI Engineer to work directly alongside the executive leadership team, helping define what gets built next and owning the commercial outcomes that follow.

This is a rare opportunity for a builder who combines exceptional technical ability with founder-level commercial instinct.

🧠 What the successful Founding AI Engineer will need:

• Proven experience building and shipping production AI systems with measurable business impact.

• Deep expertise across LLMs, agentic workflows, AI orchestration frameworks and modern AI infrastructure..

• A track record of identifying opportunities independently and turning them into working products.

• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to evaluate business impact before writing code.

• Experience within startups, scale-ups, or founder environments where ownership and autonomy were expected.

• An obsession with building and solving problems rather than simply implementing requirements.
