Front-End Team Lead – Manchester City Centre

£60,000-£80,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

Oakwell Hampton are seeking a talented and driven Front-End Team Lead to join our key client. You'll be leading a team of 4 skilled front-end developers, while remaining deeply involved in coding (75% of your time). They’re working with a modern tech stack, including Vue.js, TypeScript, Formkit, Nuxt, CSS, and Tailwind CSS, to deliver innovative solutions for their large-scale clients.

What you'll do:

• Lead and Mentor: Guide and inspire a team of 4 front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Hands-on Development: Contribute directly to projects, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to your team, ensuring best practices are followed.
• UX/UI Advocate: Contribute to the improvement of user experience and interface design, bridging any existing skills gaps within the team.
• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up to date with the latest front-end technologies and trends (with 12 training days & a substantial annual training budget)

What you'll bring:

• Proven Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
