Key Responsibilities:

Manage a high-performing team of 5 developers, with a focus on growth and development.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and oversee the development process.

Accurately estimate development efforts and allocate resources according to the pipeline.

Hold daily huddles and fortnightly 1-2-1s with developers to guide their career development.

Attend cross-company huddles to integrate efforts and address pain points.

Assign work, monitor SLAs, and manage bug prioritization based on the product roadmap.

Identify and address resource gaps within the development team.

Conduct interviews and contribute to the hiring process for new team members.

Provide coaching and mentoring to development leads, fostering their technical and soft skills growth.

Oversee professional development and training programs for the team.

Ensure alignment of development goals with the company’s overall objectives.


Familiarity with projects requiring high flexibility and customization.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing high-performing teams.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience growing and managing development teams.

Technical background, with the ability to understand and challenge approaches as needed.
