AI Systems Architecture

• Design and own the AI stack end-to-end: data pipelines, LLM's, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), agentic workflows, and analytics.

Team Building

• Build and scale the wider tech team

R&D

• Stay up-to-date with agentic-AI innovations and industry developments.

About You

• 5+ years experience developing and deploying ML/AI products.
• Proven track record of taking prototypes to production with secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bonus: Familiarity with fintech or regulated industries.
• Compensation: Equity-based at this stage.
