Business Development Manager | HealthCare SaaS

Amsterdam Up to €7,000 per month + holiday allowance Permanent

A fast-growing Dutch HealthTech scale-up is on a mission to make healthcare more efficient and affordable. Their SaaS platform helps healthcare organisations optimise workforce deployment, automate administrative processes, and gain greater control over flexible staffing operations.


Following strong market adoption and increasing demand across the Netherlands, the business is expanding its commercial team and looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition and accelerate growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a pipeline of new healthcare organisations
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to signed customer agreements
  • Run consultative discovery meetings, demos, and presentations
  • Build relationships with stakeholders from operational teams through to senior leadership
  • Develop multi-threaded opportunities across complex healthcare environments


What We're Looking For

  • 2-5+ years' experience in SaaS, software, technology, services, or consultative B2B sales
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle
  • Strong presentation and demo skills
  • Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders throughout a buying process
  • Commercially persuasive with a consultative approach
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and highly organised
  • Fluent Dutch and English


Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into healthcare
  • Experience within HR Tech, Workforce Management, Staffing, Recruitment Technology, or SaaS
  • Existing network within the Dutch healthcare market
  • Experience working within a scale-up environment
