Amy is a recruiter turned founder who's obsessed with equity & inclusion. In her day to day, she runs programs helping ambitious job seekers recreate themselves in the job search having had a very unconventional career path herself. You'll mostly find her on LinkedIn sharing pretty to-the-point content on this subject.

She also supports SMEs with their Inclusive Hiring practices. Having helped organisations like Gartner, Thoughtworks and Twitter to tap into a new world of diverse talent (that was slipping through the cracks), she now works with other businesses to help them do the same.
