Specialist Magento Support (On-site)

An industry-leading agency specialising in Magento is seeking an experienced Support Specialist or Developer with over 2 years of proven experience within Magento. If you're passionate about Magento web development, client support, and digital marketing, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and concerns, providing suitable solutions
• Provide exceptional support via their ticket desk, addressing ongoing technical issues and ensuring client satisfaction
• Handle incoming support requests and manage tasks/projects with the development team
• Ensure that resolutions are suitable and delivered within service level agreements
•  Collaborate closely with the development and marketing teams to deliver top-notch support and solutions
•  Manage customer accounts, onboard new clients, and generate monthly reports
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct solution research, and perform QA testing
• Organise and attend client meetings (both in-person and remotely) to provide updates and discuss new projects

Required Experience

• Proven experience with Magento / Adobe Commerce (Back-End Admin) (2+ years)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical support skills with a client-focused approach
• Effective teamwork abilities

Desirable Experience

• Experience with digital marketing or web development
• Magento Solution Specialist Certification
