We've partnered with a marketing agency based in Manchester and Liverpool who are working a 4 day working week. They pride themselves in avoiding working with fast fashion, tobacco, and gambling companies to follow their value-led approach. After growing last year, a Head of Communications opportunity has become available. We are looking for someone with management and good PR experience.

Job description:

• Lead clients and their teams – delivering excellent service standards for those we work alongside. You’ll work with key clients, ensuring their experience is everything that they expect (and more!). You’ll be their senior go-to person for anything communications related and always have them front of mind, forever going the extra mile to add value
• Lead and manage the department overseeing all integrated communications campaigns and activities; PR, content creation, social media, partnership management, and media buying
• Devise and oversee the delivery of dynamic and unique communications campaigns that will constantly and consistently generate impact for our clients. You’ll be tasked with overseeing and managing the creation, implementation, tracking and measurement of these campaigns
• Oversee the quality of the communications and content created by the team to ensure that every piece of work is of the highest quality, meets the client brief and reflects their audiences’ requirements
• Continuously assess and review the results of our work and introduce new processes and improvements to ensure Agent is repeatedly delivering communications that creates the impact our clients come to us for
• Collaboration – Work with the wider company team to ensure collaboration is standard as par of every project regardless of the discipline

You’ll need to have:

• Strong experience in PR
• Proven track record of designing and delivering integrated, impactful campaigns
• Excellent and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience leading, managing, and supporting a growing, multidisciplinary team
• Strong industry and media contacts and connections
• An approach to work that is deadline-driven with effective time management skills
• The ability to thrive in a busy, energetic, and varied studio environments
• Knowledge of the marketing industry and experience of working in an agency is desirable but not essential
