That was enough to get her to make the jump into recruitment consulting, which it turns out she's very good at (she won Most Inspiring Newcomer at The Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards!). After a successful few years looking after PHP in the North West, she now heads up Learning & Development, sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience with the team.
